A handful of driven, Boston-based community members are looking to start a charitable cheerleading team in your city…and we need your help! This is a call for volunteers, whether it be grassroots leaders, performers, gymnasts, choreographers, coaches, pom-pom wavers, or simply dedicated local residents that want to get involved and take on various tasks to help run this organization. No experience necessary — just enthusiasm for the cause!

If you’ve never heard of charitable cheerleading before…think about a group of fabulous, talented, committed adult volunteers that perform for $$ that is donated back to the community, raising both spirit and funds. Boston will be the 14th team to join the Pride Cheerleading Association (“PCA:). PCA teams are united by a common philanthropic mission: to support people living with life-challenging conditions in the LGBTQ community and beyond. They are all 501(c)(3) orgs.

To date, these teams have donated over $900,000 to community causes. Think about the impact we can have together in Boston! Are you in? Tell us more about you, below, and we’ll be in touch.
